Poetically Tuned Minds

Meta Journey
Meta Journey – Vladimir Kush

A couple of years ago, a friend of mine sent me this image in email. I was feeling hopeless at the time and this image brought a sense of spring back into my soul.

To Say Hello
Is To Say Goodbye

Buddhist Saying

Hope is the reminder that when things end, they also begin again. To say yes to life is to yes to a million little births and deaths, creations and destructions, disruptions daily, crisis often, sometimes celebration, joy, bliss. Its surreal, blurred with our own limited storylines, crashing into each other, comedically, tragically, indifferently. Sometimes, spectacularly. That’s why I can’t help but seeing it all synchonized to show tunes and dance routines. The patterns of collision, catalogued by stereotype, exist as every major plot line in media today. We know the science of mis-attraction.

Beauty cannot be captured
It exists only for poetically tuned minds

Vladimir Kush

All lights fade, all flowers wither, all butterflies eventually disappear in the wind. Vladimir’s work is astounding in how it captures that balance between full bloom and impending death or departure. He illustrates the birth or dawn of life brilliantly. He captures the longing of life and love with exiquisite colors and detailed dioramas. His works are magical and surreal, and lush in color.

You can see Vladimir’s work here.

Spring is coming…

Peace,
Melissa
