Existential phenomenology requires a vigorous mind and open heart, as well as a large amount of trust in one’s self. In examining existential phenomenology, one must look keenly into the foundation of the thought process required by this belief system, as indeed it is a belief system as well organized and rationalized as any belief system created by human beings.
